Some clients report a problem with the CP on some new Dell Computers, as Latitude 9430 and Precision 3460 with Windows 10 & Windows 11

The problem is raised when the CP tries to create an RSA key later used to encrypt the cached tokens file.

The library involved is libeay32.dll (1.0.2.8)

To solve the problem, please download a newer version of libeay32.dll (1.0.2.15)

or from this FAQ.

Procedure:

On the client with the problem, unzip the file and copy the libeay32.dll to c:\windows\system32 (select replace option),

don't need to restart the machine.
