AD/LDS replication (like AD replication) is NOT instant.Assuming your internal network has more traffic than normal then you will likely see instances where data updated on one server is not "instantly" updated on other servers. Check replication status on each Mi-Token server using this command - repadmin /showreps localhost:5000 

Assuming replication is working normally then these issues will resolve with time. If there are replication issues then you likely have network or firewall problems that will need to be resolved.
