Problem:
BuildASign were having issues with noisey audit logs in the security event log. He was getting an event error ID of "4662" every 60 seconds. Eugene explained that it was a replication issue that was unrelated to LDS / ADAM but was related to AD. It specficially occured with 2008 R2 and 2008 non R2.
Fix:
ldp.exe --> right-click (configuration & partition) --> security descriptor --> enable the SACL --> double click the SACL entry --> update the SACL entry to remove Control Access.
